Roland Boatner Howell (January 3, 1892 – March 31, 1973) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1912 in which he made his major league debut on June 14, 1912 and his last game was on June 25, 1912. He was in three games where he allowed five runs in 1.2 innings pitched.
